    Importance of School Districts
When buying a home in Wake County, remember that school districts are very important. Even if you don't have kids, a highly rated school can increase the resale value of your home should you decide to sell. Buyers who have kids, or who are planning on having kids, are likely to spend more money to be near public schools with higher scores. Because of this, even in a down market a good school district can help you protect your homes value. Want to know more? Call me at (919) 526-0183 today.

Mike & Coral – Raleigh Realtor Testimonial
Buying your home isn’t rocket science but it is an art. It’s like taking a cross-country flight. When you start on your trip you have no idea how the flight will go. Neither does the pilot! You could run into turbulence, or you could have a smooth flight and land on time. Just like a skilled pilot, an experienced realtor will use both their knowledge and experience to navigate around the storms and go for the smoothest flight plan, but if they're honest, they can't promise a turbulent-free trip. As your realtor, my job is to get you to your destination in the least amount of time and aggravation, while keeping you informed throughout the trip.
